Croon signs maintenance contract for activities at DuPont Dordrecht

Croon signed a three-year maintenance contract with DuPont de Nemours in Dordrecht on Thursday the 27th of January. DuPont is a science-based production and services company which creates sustainable solutions essential to make life better, safer and healthier for people everywhere. By signing this contract Croon is continuing the long-lasting business relation with DuPont Dordrecht.

DuPont, the main employer in the region of Dordrecht, awards Croon Elektrotechniek the continuation of the current contract entered into in 2007. Within this Contracted Construction Maintenance and Services contract (CCMS) Croon carries out the day-to-day maintenance to all the plants on location. Mechanical services are provided by Stork.The reliability of the chemical installations is of the highest important for safety and production. Croon has the knowledge and the capacity to guarantee the operational processes.

Croon Elektrotechniek has been present at DuPont sites since 1974. The largest service provider specialised in electrical engineering in the Netherlands is responsible for the maintenance of the installations. Ranging from instrumentation and heat tracing right up to high voltage and process modifications. Continuing the CCMS contract means DuPont chooses the reliability and quality that Croon is respected for in the market. Croon also earned this reputation by gaining sizeable infrastructure projects like the Sluiskil Tunnel and the renovation of the A15 motorway.

Croon plays a prominent role in the design, building and maintenance of these projects.
