Retiring General Manager of Electro Croon Polska Sp. z o.o., Janusz Chelminski, knighted in the Order of Orange-Nassau

Janusz Chelminski, the retiring General Manager of Electro Croon Polska Sp. zo.o. has been named Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau. The distinction was awarded by Mayor Waaijer of Zoetermeer in Hofstede Meerzicht in Zoetermeer, on 24 November last.
After working for Croon for over 20 years Janusz Chelminski has reached the age to enjoy his well-earned retirement. This special occasion has been celebrated both in Poland and in the Netherlands.
In November 1990 Janusz Chelminski started work for the international department of Croon. Over the past 20 years his commitment and dedication to creating a bridge between the Netherlands and Eastern and Central European countries has been unrivalled.
Despite the more than difficult circumstances in Eastern Europe in the nineties Janusz succeeded in obtaining recognition for the work of Croon, thanks to his drive and determination.
Janusz is an extremely talented and effective manager, who has amazing diplomatic skills. This resulted in achieving the highest level of trust in a lasting collaboration between the Netherlands and many other countries. He played an important role in constructing a commercial and operational bridge between Croon Elektrotechniek and Central and Eastern Europe.
Janusz Chelminski laid the foundations for the future of Croon and its international ambitions. Croon is profoundly grateful to Janusz Chelminski and feels the knighthood does justice to the special efforts Janusz has taken with regard to the Dutch - Polish relationship.
